We at SOLECAUSE follow a 7-day return policy for non-discounted and discounted products shopped from our website – SOLECAUSE.IN. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SOLECAUSE.IN.
If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery if the following conditions are met:
All SOLECAUSE items should be returned with the original packaging and sales receipt in an unmarked, unused condition. Any items altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund.
Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface and kept in dust bags until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles will not be accepted.
If, by any chance, the customer does not replace the footwear box and other packaging materials, then a sum of INR 150 per pair will be deducted from the refund amount.
Mode of Return:
By SOLECAUSE: SOLECAUSE will get the pair/s picked up. We request you to log on to your SOLECAUSE account and request a return.
Certain pin codes might not be serviceable for reverse pickup owing to certain restrictions. Please courier the footwear with the original packing to the address below- 46M 52/2,53M, VILLAGE SARJEPUR Transport Nagar Agra, UP 282008.
If you wish us to complete the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. In case the package needs to be prepared at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address, we re-book the pickup only twice after that.
Post this, the customer has to ship the product to us for any return, and no amount will be refunded for the reverse shipment charges incurred. Only hand over the shipment to the courier partner if they are providing the return pickup slip.
The slip will help you confirm the pickup with us, and we can follow up with our courier partner. SOLECAUSE will only be responsible if the product reaches our (SOLECAUSE’s) address.
If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives, and then you can cancel your order at My Orders or contact our orders team to request its return by dropping an email to INFO@SOLECAUSE.IN.
Before returning any products, the customer must request authorization to return the products directly through our website. Sign in to your account and navigate to My
Account – My Orders page to initiate a return. For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed the same way it was packed and sent to you.
After inspection, we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition. This confirmation will be sent to you within 7 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation, as per the Return Policy, we will issue a store credit or a bank refund (whichever is selected by the customer) for that particular amount (excluding shipping & COD charges if applied). The mode of refund cannot be changed once you’ve submitted the request to us.
In case of a bundled offer purchase (where you buy 2 or more products at a discount), you will need to return all the pairs as the offer is valid on all the pairs. Once the refund tender has been selected by the customer, it cannot be changed under any circumstances.
(Any place outside India) The customer/buyer needs to ship/courier the merchandise to SOLECAUSE (46M 52/2,53M, VILLAGE SARJEPUR Transport Nagar Agra, UP 282008), which will not bear the shipping and duties involved. SOLECAUSE will only refund the product amount and no other logistic charges like shipping and duties. If the customer has availed of free international shipping, then SOLECAUSE will deduct INR 1500 per merchandise from the product price.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you. In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has yet to be delivered to you, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund (excluding the shipping charges) will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. You can sign in to your account and go to Recent Order to cancel your order.
An order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by SOLECAUSE. Your order amount will be refunded to you by your preferred refund method, i.e. refund via the payment method you used or wallet credit.
For a refund against cash on delivery order, the user will be required to fill out a form that accepts bank account details to which the amount will be refunded. ‘Wallet credit’ as used herein is an outstanding credit on a customer account that can be applied to an invoice as a Payment.
‘Wallet credit’, once issued, cannot be cashed under any circumstance.
COD charges, customs duties, and sales taxes are non-refundable.
The Management’s decision with regard to damaged/defective products and/or issuance of wallet credit shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice, and the same shall be final and binding.
