All orders are shipped via Bluedart, Delhivery or any other reputed partners. We strive to deliver your purchased products to you within 2-5 working days from the time you place your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know, along with your unique tracking number.
Within India: For the first prepaid order, the shipping charges will be nil (cap of minimum value of INR 3000, from 2nd order onwards We follow a dynamic shipping rate that ranges between ₹99 to ₹199 per product for our prepaid orders with a cap of ₹699 per order. For our COD orders, we charge between ₹299 to ₹499 per product. The shipping charges of your order are calculated depending on the weight/volume of the products in your order.
Please note that the shipping charges won’t be refunded in case of returns due to any reason.
During the checkout process, you’ll be asked to select the shipping address for your order. Currently at SOLECAUSE.IN, you can only ship your online order to one location. We acknowledge that your order may include gifts requiring being shipped to several different locations.

Customers can request a change in shipping address before the order is actually shipped. Once your order has been shipped, Unfortunately, it would not be possible for us to change the address for the order.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email along with your unique AWB (tracking) number. You may track your order using the AWB number to track your order online with Bluedart/Delhivery, etc.
